ANNOUNCEMENTS/EVENTS
With rain recently in the area, the UNT Fire Department has lifted the Burn Ban.
June 24th – The County will hold a free document shredding event at the DHS Building, 2801 Emrick Blvd. from 10AM – Noon
July 22nd – The County will hold a free document shredding event at the DHS Building, 2801 Emrick Blvd. from 10AM – Noon
August 26th – Paint in the Park (Fundraising event)
August 26th – Movie Night at Tuskes Park
September 7th, 8th & 9th – Community Days at Tuskes Park
October 7th – Nazareth Memorial Library’s Touch-a-Truck event at the Bushkill Recreation Fields
October 28th – Movie Night at Tuskes Park
December 1st – Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Municipal Building

SOLICITOR
The settlement of the purchase of 3.82 acres at Gun Club and Newburg roads for $175K was finalized. The Township plans to maintain the property as open space.
MANAGER
Approval to increase the salary of the employee handling the municipal park from $22/hour to $24/hour.
Brian Sayago and the Treasurer had a discussion about needing to update Quickbooks and exploring other options for processing the Township’s payroll
ENGINEER/MS4
The Engineer is preparing the annual MS4 annual report.
The basin at Farmview has been completed; the funnel design for Sycamore Park is 95% completed.
Scott Sylvanius reported that another sinkhole has opened up on Tatamy Road which could possibly lead to road closures in the future.
RECREATION
Due to rainy weather, movie night had to be moved to Saturday, June 17th, but was a great success
The Paint in the Park fundraiser raised $250 to help pay for future events
