The Upper Nazareth Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 6:30 PM at the Upper Nazareth Township Municipal Building, 100 Newport Avenue, Nazareth, PA 18064. The Zoning Hearing Board will meet to hear the following zoning appeal.
Case #ZB-203195-ZH 3363 Gun Club Road, Nazareth, PA 18064.
Applicant, NP Gun Club Building 1, LLC, is seeking a variance for relief from Section 27-403(4) (H) (3) (c) (2) of the Code of Ordinances.
Applicant seeks to place a solid eight (8) foot high fence along a portion of the property fronting on Gun Club Road. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.

Supervisor meetings are held twice a month at 7:00PM on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. The schedule for other meetings such as EAC, Planning, Zoning, Recreation, etc. are available on the Township’s website.

I am perplexed about why a zoning change requires an ordinance. is this private property is there a structure there? I passed by there the passed week and there was a police car there and someone funneling something onto the property. is there some kind of hazzard we should be aware of?

The current rumor is that a large sinkhole opened on the property but I don’t have any independent verification of that

as I recall the sink hole was at the middle school which is an entirely different project. the property in tatamy has a long standing house on it. it seems to be some confusion as to where there is.
