SUPERVISORS COMMENTS

Brian Sayago asked for an update on the Zoning Ordinance. A draft of the ordinance should have been delivered last week and he wondered if that’s why the December 28th Planning Commission meeting was cancelled. Lisa Klem said the meeting was cancelled due to members being sick and that the draft was delivered to the office last Friday. Brian requested to see a copy.

TOWNSHIP SOLICITOR

Supervisors discussed the new Cable Franchise Agreement Renewal. Brian Sayago requested to change the time of the contract from 10 years to 6, but lost in a vote of 2-to-3. The contract renewal for 10 years was approved, 4-to-1, Sayago voting against.
