The Board of Supervisors invite public comment on the proposed Ordinance, the following of which is only a summation.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF UPPER NAZARETH TOWNSHIP, CHAPTER 15, PART 2, SECTION 15-213(1) ESTABLISHING THE FOLLOWING STOP INTERSECTIONS AND AUTHORIZATION TO INSTALL OFFICIAL STOP SIGNS AS FOLLOWS: BLOSSOM HILL ROAD TRAVELING WEST AT THE INTERSECTION OF GUN CLUB ROAD, GUN CLUB ROAD TRAVELING NORTH AT THE INTERSECTION OF BLOSSOM HILL ROAD, GUN CLUB ROAD TRAVELING SOUTH AT THE INTERSECTION OF BLOSSOM HILL ROAD, TADMORE DRIVE TRAVELING WEST AT THE INTERSECTION OF GUN CLUB ROAD, GUN CLUB ROAD TRAVELING SOUTH AT THE INTERSECTION OF TADMORE DRIVE AND, AND GUN CLUB ROAD TRAVELING NORTH AT THE INTERSECTION OF TADMORE DRIVE, PROVIDING FOR REPEALER AND SEVERABILITY.

Copies of the proposed Ordinance are also available for public inspection at the Northampton County Law Library, Northampton County Courthouse, 660 Washington Street, Easton Pennsylvania, and The Express Times, 18 Centre Square, Easton, Pennsylvania.
