TOWNSHIP ENGINEER
The drainage study for Farmview Estates will be presented at the meeting on August 20th.
The Tadmor 2 development has completed most of its improvements.
Overlook Estates West has put in a request for a Letter of Credit Reduction.
Due safety concerns about cars exiting Michaels School Road onto Route 248, Supervisors expressed interest in prior meetings to switch part of the road to one way. Penn DOT requires a traffic study before this can be approved. The engineer said he will have the study completed by September.
ALTERNATE TOWNSHIP ENGINEER
Approval of a Letter of Credit Reduction to $791,678 for Heritage Village Phase 5-6.
TOWNSHIP SOLICITOR
Approval to advertise Ordinance No. 203—vacating a portion of Michaels School Road. (This concerns a reconfiguration of a cul-de-sac in the Overlook West development.)
TOWNSHIP MANAGER
Approval to set dates for 2026 Budget meetings on Sept. 3rd and Sept 17th at 6:00 PM.
Approval to change the Custodian from Nationwide to Charles Schwab Trust Bank.
The 2025 2nd Quarter Nationwide Police Pension Report is available for review.
The 2025 2nd Quarter Girard Police Pension Report is available for review.
PLANNING AND ZONING
The Zoning Hearing Board scheduled for July 30th had to be rescheduled due to an overflow crowd. The meeting will be held on September 18th at 6:30 PM in the Middle School Auditorium.
EAC
William Bartlett reported that Upper Nazareth Harvest Grove has received its 3rd treatment for invasive weeds and bids to plant trees and shrubs have been received.
POLICE DEPARTMENT
Approval to establish the position of a Deputy Chief of Police.
