ANNOUNCEMENTS/EVENTS
There is an open position on the Environmental Advisory Committee (EAC). Residents interested in serving should send a Letter of Interest to the Township Office.

TOWNSHIP ENGINEER
The Engineer is waiting for a meeting with PennDOT to discuss plans to improve stormwater drainage in the Farmview Estates area. Also, a sinkhole was reported at the intersection of Tatamy Road and Mt. Vernon.

Approval to ratify the Project Tadmor 2 LD Maintenance Agreement

Approval to adopt Resolution No. 25-14, an amended 2025 fee schedule
PLANNING AND ZONING
The Zoning Hearing Board, originally scheduled for September 18th, will be held in the Nazareth Middle Auditorium on October 29th at 6:30PM. This is in regards to a proposal from One More Properties LLC to build 154 apartments on the lot at the intersection of Friedenstahl Ave and East Lawn Road. The project is called Aspire Nazareth.
EAC
The Supervisors tabled an authorization for Carroll Engineering to prepare a Survey/Conservation Easement Plan. A local farmer spoke out on the proposal, disagreeing with some of the restrictions on farm structures in the EAC draft.
William Bartlett reported on weed treatments at Harvest Grove, located at the intersection of Newburg and Gun Club Roads. Extra treatments may be required to kill off some of the grasses on the property before plantings can begin next spring.
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
Mike Rinker reported that a Gracedale resident went missing on September 20th and that the person was successfully located following a 7 hour search.
FIRE DEPARTMENT
Fire Chief Jeff Fassl reported that the Nazareth School District plans to hold a small bonfire off Friedenstahl Ave on October 23rd at 7PM. The Fire Department plans to have a truck on-site although, if dry conditions persist, the event may be cancelled.
