COMPENSATION AS INCLUDED IN THE 2026 BUDGET
Approval to increase the pay of all non-uniform, non-exempt, part-time employees and part-time police personnel by 3%.

REGULAR BUISNESS MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
PROCLAMATION
Scott Sylvainus presented a proclamation to Fire Chief Jeff Fassl on the occasion of his retirement, thanking him for his many years of service. Jeff began his career with Nazareth Borough Fire in 1983, joining UNT Fire in 2009. Michael Kumer is the new chief at the Fire Department.

SUPERVISORS
Scott Sylvainus wished everyone a happy new year and welcomed new supervisor, J.R. Williams, to the board.
TOWNSHIP MANAGER/ADMINISTRATION
Approval to register 14 people for the PSATS Conference (2 from Public Works, 2 from the police, 3 from administration, 5 supervisors and 2 from Emergency Management)
Approval for Brian Sayago to serve as the Voting Delegate at the PSAT State Convention of Township Supervisors.
Approval to appoint Maher-Duessel to conduct the 2025 audit.
Lisa Klem announced several recently awarded grants received by the township: $744,000 for radios for fire, ambulance, police, etc, $138,000 for a bucket truck for the Public Works department and $10,000 from the County for Police Speed Monitor devices.
