SUPERVISORS
The Supervisors discussed how they wanted to vote on resolutions at the upcoming PSATS conference. The vote determines for how PSATS will lobby the legislature on certain issues in the upcoming year.
TOWNSHIP ENGINEER
Approval to send the updated SALDO to the Planning Commission, LVPC and the NAZ COG.
Tabled – an agenda item to advertise the SALDO Update Ordinance. The Board will wait until recommendations come back.
PLANNING & ZONING
There will be a review of the draft of the ordinance on Data Centers at the April 9th Planning & Zoning meeting, which begins at 7:00PM
PUBLIC WORKS
Approval to accept a Retirement Letter from a full-time Public Works employee.
Approval to advertise for a full-time Public Works employee and a part-time (24hours/week) employee
ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE
William Bartlett reported that Edge of the Woods has received 54 fruit and nut trees and will plant them at Harvest Grove this fall.
FIRE DEPARTMENT
There was a big turnout for the Easter Egg Hunt at Tuskes Park on March 29th.
Staff and volunteers visited the factory where the new pumper truck is being built. They expect it to be ready in 10 months.
