The Board of Supervisors invite public comment on the proposed Ordinance, the following of which is only a summary:
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING STORMWATER MANAGEMENT IN THE MONOCACY CREEK WATERSHED PURSUANT TO THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT ACT, PROVIDING GENERAL PROVISIONS, DEFINITIONS, STORMWATER MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS, DRAINAGE PLAN REQUIREMENTS, INSPECTIONS, FEES AND EXPENSES, STORMWATER BMP OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE PLAN REQUIREMENTS, PROHIBITIONS, AND RIGHT OF ENTRY, NOTIFICATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
