The Board of Supervisors of Upper Nazareth Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, will conduct Public Hearing and consider adoption of the following proposed Ordinance at its Regular Meeting on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at 7:00 PM at the Upper Nazareth Township Municipal Building, 100 Newport Avenue, Nazareth, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 71, UPPER NAZARETH TOWNSHIP POLICE PENSION PLAN ORDINANCE, PROVIDING THAT PARTICIPANT CONTRIBUTIONS BE “PICKED UP” BY EMPLOYER AND TREATED AS EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS PURSUANT TO IRS CODE 414(h)(2).
Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection at the Upper Nazareth Township Municipal Building 100, Newport Avenue, Nazareth, Pennsylvania, between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
