Upper Nazareth Township Meetings

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Nazareth intends to adopt the following Ordinance at its regularly scheduled monthly meeting to be held on February 4, 2019, at 6:00 PM, EST at Nazareth Municipal Building, West Center and Church Streets, Nazareth, Pennsylvania.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15, MOTOR VEHICLES, PART 4, GENERAL PARKING REGULATIONS, SECTION 405, PARKING TIME LIMITED IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS CERTAIN DAYS AND HOURS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF NAZARETH, NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED  by the Borough of Nazareth, in Borough Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, that Chapter 15, Motor Vehicles, Part 4 General Parking Regulations, Section 405, Parking Time Limited in Certain Locations Certain Days and Hours, of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Nazareth, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, is hereby amended to delete the following:

Section 405 Parking Time Limited in Certain Locations Certain Days and Hours. No person shall park a vehicle, or allow it to remain parked, for longer than the time indicated , in any of the following locations, at any time on the days and between the hours indicated:

Park Street South

From a point 20 west of Spruce Street for 22′

Every day 15 minutes
