The Upper Nazareth Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 6:30 pm at the Upper Nazareth Township Municipal Building, 100 Newport Avenue, Nazareth, PA 18064, on the following appeals:
Case #2B 210216 Interpretation of Zoning Ordinance
Appellants-applicants (the “Citizen Group”) are: Jason and Shannon Mohap, Bradley J. Leach, Paul Heric. Location of Property subject o appeal: 3363 Gun Club Road, Nazareth (Upper Nazareth Township) Pa, 18064: Parcel #K6-21-1-0432 & K7-14-1-0432 (the “Property”)
Nature of Appeal: The Citizen Group seeks to secure a decision by the Upper Nazareth Township Zoning Hearing Board as to whether the Township Zoning Officer erred in the issuance of a Zoning Permit as to the use classification of the Tadmor facility.
Special Exception request – Change of Use. Applicant: Brian Kelly–Connamara, LLC. Location of Property subject to appeal” 398 N Broad Street, Nazareth (Upper Nazareth Township) PA, 18064. Parcel #J7NE3-2-7-0432 (the “Property”).
Nature of Appeal: The applicant is seeking to change the existing Non-Conforming Use to Another per Part 8, Section 27-805-6(B)- to a mixed Retail and training/seminar use.
