AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF UPPER NAZARETH TOWNSHIP, CHAPTER 21 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS, PART 2, STREET CUTS AND EXCAVATIONS, PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION, APPLICATION, ISSUANCE, FEES AND APPROVAL OF PERMITS, RESPONSIBILITIES OF PERMIT HOLDER, GENERAL REQURIEMENTS FOR WORK, STREET EXCAVATION, BACKFILL, TEMPORARY RESTORATION REQURIEMENTS, PERMANENT PAVEMENT RESTORATION REQUIREMENTS, PROTECTIVE MEASURES, ROAD CLOSURE RESTRICTIONS RESTRICTIONS REGARDING TREES AND SHRUBBERY, WORK NECESSITATING OPENING FOR EXCAVATION, RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DEFECTS AND FUTURE RELOCATION OF WORK, CONDITIONS FOR LAYING AND EXTENDING UTILITY LINES, PAYMENT FOR WORK DONE BY TOWNSHIP, PENALTIES, REPEALER, AND SEVERABILITY.
Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection at the Upper Nazareth Township Municipal Building, 100 Newport Avenue, Nazareth, Pennsylvania, between the hours of 7:30AM and 3:30PM, Monday through Friday and on the Township website. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are also available for public inspection at the Northampton County Law Library, Northampton County Courthouse, 669 Washington Street, Easton, Pennsylvania and The Express Times, 19 Centre Square, Easton, Pennsylvania.
