The Upper Nazareth Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 25, 2018 at 6:30 pm at the Upper Nazareth Township Municipal Building, 100 Newport Avenue Nazareth, PA 18064.
The Zoning Hearing Board will meet to hear the following zoning appeal: Case #ZB18-025
The purpose of this hearing is for the applicant, Troy Faust, at the property address 55 West 4th Street, Nazareth, PA 18064, Tax ID #J8SW4-11-4, who is requesting a Variance of Article 6, Section 601, subsection A. of the Zoning Ordinance which sets the parking requirements. Applicant is requesting a reduction of 4 spaces. Applicant also requests placement of an additional 4 unit apartment building. The subject property is located in an “R-4” Residential District.
