The Board of Supervisors of Upper Nazareth Township Northampton County, Pennsylvania will conduct a Public Hearing and consider adoption of the following proposed ordinance at its Regular Meeting on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Upper Nazareth Township Municipal Building, 100 Newport Avenue, Nazareth, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
The Board of Supervisors invite public comment on the proposed Ordinance the following of which is only a summary;
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT ON FRIEDENSTAHL AVENUE (TR 514) BETWEEN TATAMY ROAD AND FIFTH STREET AT 25 MILES PER HOUR; AND, ESTABLISHING PENN ALLEN ROAD AS A SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTE BETWEEN SR946 AND SR248.
Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection at the Upper Nazareth Township Municipal Building, 100 Newport Avenue, Nazareth, Pennsylvania, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
