AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF UPPER NAZARETH TOWNSHIP RELATED TO RESTRICTIONS ON SIZE, WEIGHT AND TYPE OF VEHICLE AND LOAD, RESTRICTING TRUCK TRAFFIC EXCEPT FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES ON LEHIGH LANE (T-596), NEW ENGLAND DRIVE (T-597), AND GUN CLUB ROAD (T-506) AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITIONS.
