Approval for the Township to pursue the execution of an agreement of sale for a 3.7 acre property at Gun Club and Newburg roads for $175K.   The Environmental Advisory Committee (EAC) has a signed agreement of sale with the owner. The Township plans to maintain the property as open space.

The zoning ordinances are in the process of being updated.

Recently a car rammed a house at SR 946 and Knauss Road, near the border with Bushkill Township. Supervisors approved the request providing that Bushkill purchases the property.
