An Ordinance amending the Upper Nazareth Township Code of Ordinances, Chapter 22A, Subdivision and Land Development, containing General Provisions, Terminology, Sketch Plan Submission Procedures and Requirements, Preliminary Plan Submission Procedures and Requirements, Final Plan Submission Procedures and Requirements, Minor Subdivision and Boundary Lines, Design Standards, Mobile Home Park Requirements, Improvements Specifications, Administration, and Appendices providing for Storm Drainage Runoff Calculation, Standard Plan Notations, Preliminary Plan Checklist, Final Plan Requirements, Notice to Landowners, and Standards for Improvements Constructions.
