October 17^th – 3PM-5PM Trunk or Treat at Tuskes Park

November 28^th – 6:00PM Tree Lighting at the Township Building

TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

The Engineer reported that the Penn Dixie bridge was paved today and that a water main has been installed on Sycamore Drive.

Approval to award the Gun Club Road paving project to Recon Construction for $105,051.

TOWNSHIP SOLICITOR

Gary Asteak announced that he will advertise a request from Nazareth Area School District to dismiss One More Properties, LLC land development plan for the parcel on the corner of East Lawn and Friedenstahl Ave (Aspire 1 and Aspire 2) for the first meeting in August.

Approval for Gary to advertise the Zoning Ordinance amendment for the August 19^th meeting.

TOWNSHIP MANAGER

Approval to hire Pye-Barker to install a key pad entry control for the back door of the township building for a cost of $4,512.

Lisa Klem reported that the state budget passed, but that funding for Local Share Account (LSA) grants has been reduced.

POLICE DEPARTMENT

Approval to hire 2 part-time police officers.
