Students Recognized by the School Board

Nazareth School Board Meeting – December 11, 2017

Student Recognition

Grace Farmer, 3rd grade, won an “American Pride” drawing contest sponsored by the American Citizenship Committee. She drew a picture of her and her father together after his return from a tour in Iraq when she was four-years-old.

Emma Browning, 8th grade, was recognized for encouraging her fellow Middle School Students to preform Random Acts of Kindness.

Two Middle School students were recognized for “Operation Christmas Tree”. They procured three Christmas trees from donors and trimmed them with home-made decorations for people who weren’t able to decorate themselves this season. Trees were put up in 2 residential homes and in the Weston Assisted Living facility.

Agenda Items

Items IV (F on hold), V, & VI passed.

Item V included moving $42,453.01 to the Capital Projects fund. This money was raised via stadium advertisements.
